1.  Unplug the power from the Internet Radio

2. Hold the select key in and keep it depressed while you plug the radio back in.

3.  Keep the select key  depressed until the display confirms "Master Factory Reset".

4. Now you can release the select key and the unit will cycle thru the test.

5.  All Network information including the wireless security key (if needed) will have to be re-entered.

Received the radio and went through the initialization process. Entered WPA key; connected to network. Searched station by genre; radio locked up and turned off. Backlight seemed to be on. Could not turn on or off. Unplugged and plugged, screen came on for 7 seconds and went to backlight stage.

Tried master reset but never received reset message. Tired master reset 3-4 times and received initializing network message. Message never changed for 13 minutes. Went to bed and will call tech support tomorrow and if no resolution will return.

I am not an expert but not a novice either. Smart enough to setup if radio is working properly.

Setup process should not be this difficult.
